Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?

    If shipping locally within Philadelphia, shipping usually takes 1-2 business days within Philadelphia and nearby suburbs.

   If outside of PA, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. The option to have expedited shipping is also available at checkout.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.

3.  Do you ship internationally?

     At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

1.  What is your return policy?

      We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. 

2.   How do I start a return or exchange?

      Please contact us at our email with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Orders

1.   Can I change or cancel my order?

       Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible.

2.    How do I track my order?

        Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
